VANILLA PUDDING POPCORN!
- 6 cups of popped popcorn
- 1-1/2 cups of white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup canola OR veg oil
- 1- 3.4 oz. box of instant vanilla pudding
- sprinkles..optional
Directions:
Melt the white chocolate with the canola oil..(I used a microwave..25 secs, or so..that will vary)..stir it very well to combine..
Mix in the instant pudding until well blended…
Gently toss with the popcorn, lay it out in a single layer on some wax paper (you can add some sprinkles, or anything you’d like, now if you’d like) and let it set up (about 15 minutes)
Break it into pieces and eat it up!
And the possibilities are endless! You can use any flavor of JELLO instant pudding you’d like for the tastiest, creamiest AND crunchiest snack ever!
